Regular seasons are ending and All Star Tournaments are quickly approaching. It's time to get your Tournament paperwork organized.

The critical first step is for each team to complete, receive District approval and carry with the team at all times, the Tournament Team Eligibility Affidavit. This must be done PRIOR TO each team's first game!

Tournament Director Information
Wednesday, May 20, 2015ATTENTION LEAGUE PRESIDENTS & TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS:
Each HOST site must designate a Tournament Director. Vital to the success of hosting an All Star game is the selection and training of your Tournament Director. Adherence to all responsibilities is critical to each team's ability to participate with the necessary information related to your facility and specifics for that contest.
Click HERE for the current responsibilities of each game's Tournament Director. It is imperative these steps are followed for every game. Feel free to contact District 12 should you have any questions regarding this key aspect of your hosting an All Star game.
Each Host league is responsible for "passing the hat" at each game. Funds are used to assist with District expenses as well as expenses for those District teams traveling beyond Sectional Tournaments. Please complete this District 12 Collection Form (1/2 page) to document each game's collections. All collections and forms should be submitted to District as instructed.
