Each host field must designate a Tournament Director who is familiar with Little League rules and procedures. Listed here are some of the required Tournament Director Responsibilites beginning with the required pre-game coin flip to determine Home/Visiting team as well as proper handling of game protest and important District 12 Staff contact information. Review these very important responsibilities to ensure all District games have proper administration.

Tournament Directors and League Presidents can also submit game information such as scores or game highlights to: Texas District 12 Scores. All game results and collections must be called into the Assistant Administrator's hotline as well.

All the necessary tournament documents needed to participate in the International Tournament are located here, Affadavits, Medical Release Forms, and Residency Requirement checklists. Be sure to get a head start on completing the necessary documents and receiving District approvals prior to participation.

Congratulations to West End's Braves, Beaumont Major League City Champions and West End's Mets, Beaumont Minor League City Champions. The Rob Roy Cup & Beaumont City Champions have been posted here City Championship for both AAA and Major Leagues.

One of the largest gatherings of District 12 League representatives, Board members, Managers and Umpires were on hand at Thursday's District 12 All Star meeting. Many thanks to our hosts, Kountze LL, Happy Valley Church, and a special thanks to Robert Hall and his wife for providing a wonderful dinner for all in attendance. First round match-ups were determined as well as a complete discussion regarding All Star playing rules, District 12's expectations of All Star participants, Coaches and Umpires along with the many other details that entail the many weeks it takes to provide a top-notch All Star experience for the District's many leagues.

The recipient of the 2009 Gary Hennigan Lifetime Achievement Award was announced at Thursday's District 12 meeting.
