Little League Texas District 12

Each year, District 12 recognizes one very special individual as recipient of the Gary Hennigan Lifetime Achievement Award. Gary Hennigan Lifetime Achievement Award is named after the first recipient of the award in 2004. Gary spent his life molding the young people in Tyler County as sheriff of Tyler County and President of Tyler County Little League for over thirty years. His passion and dedication of helping children thru the Little League program will always be remembered thru this award.

At the June 11th District 12 general meeting, District Administrator Charlie Boykin announced the recipient of the 2009 Gary Henigan Lifetime Achievement Award to a valuable member of the District Staff, Assistant District Administrator Raymond Brassard. Raymond has given over 35 years of service to the District often behind the scenes. In presenting the award, Charlie recognized Raymond's many years of dedicated service to the district and the many children that have benefited from their Little League participation. They just don't make many more like that of Raymond Brassard and his service to the youth of District 12 is very much appreciated. Congratulations Raymond!!
